How to: Edit records using data form.
Solution:
Select any cell in a worksheet. Select 'Form...' from the 'Data' menu. Find and edit the desired record(s).
1) Select any cell in a worksheet.
2) Select the 'Data' menu and select 'Form...'. (A form with all the fields in the worksheet appears.)
3) Find the record to edit.
a) Click 'Criteria'. (A blank form with all the fields appears.)

b) Type the appropriate searching criteria in the blank form.
c) Do one of the following:
1] Click 'Find Next' to search for the next record that matches the searching criteria.
2] Click 'Find Previous' to search for the previous record that matches the searching criteria.
Finding
d) Repeat Step 3)c)1] or 3)c)2] until the desired record is found.
4) Make the necessary changes in the appropriate field.
Editing the record
5) Click 'Close' to close the data form.
